Yes, of course! If you are traveling solo, we will match you up with a great roommate. Many friendships have been formed at Kelea.

Although Kelea has surfboards for you to choose from, if you are more comfortable with your own board, please bring it along.
Note: Don't forget that airlines charge extra for surfboards and if you are taking the Sansa flight to Tambor, they only accept boards on a space available basis, so you are taking a chance

Here are some suggestions: several swim suits, sunscreen, running shoes, hat for sun protection, sandals, beach towel, yoga clothes, light comfy pajamas, personal toiletries. Kelea Costa Rica provides bath towels, all surf
and sporting equipment as well as several spa products.
Note: Sansa Airlines only allows 25 lbs. of luggage per passenger.

Costa Rica has two seasons: Rainy Season from May through October, and Dry Season from November through April. Kelea only operates during the dry season. Average temperatures are 70 degrees
F (21 degrees C) at night and over 86 degrees F (30 degrees C) during the day.

No. The average water temperature is 80 degrees F (27 degrees C) so a wetsuit is not necessary. Kelea provides you with a rashguard for the week, but feel free to bring your own.
