The following are guidelines in the event that you must
cancel your Kelea session. There is no refund for arriving
late or leaving a session early. If you must cancel your
reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according
to the following:
• If you cancel your reservation more than
30 days prior to the session start date you will forfeit
50% of your deposit
• If you cancel your reservation
15-29 days prior to the session start date, you will forfeit
75% of your deposit
• If you cancel your reservation
within 15 days of the session start date, you will forfeit
75% of your total payment.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason,
including weather or personal emergencies. Kelea Surf Spa
strongly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance.
If Kelea Surf Spa must cancel a session, all payments received
to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.
Kelea Surf Spa is not responsible for expenses incurred
in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline
tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight
cancellation or illness. |
